• Showing Time - As part of our listing process, we use ShowingTime to help manage showing appointments efficiently. It allows agents to schedule requests, helps keep the calendar organized, and gives us a better way to track activity and collect feedback after showings so we can keep you informed throughout the process.
• Offerin - As part of our listing process, we use Offerin, a platform that helps us manage offers in a more organized and transparent way. When an offer is submitted, it allows us to review the terms quickly, share them with you promptly, and compare important details such as price, contingencies, timelines, and estimated net proceeds. Rather than sorting through multiple emails and long contract documents, this system helps streamline the process so you can make a more confident and informed decision when the time comes.
• Supra ibox Lockbox - To help protect your home during the showing process, we use a Supra iBox electronic lockbox. Unlike a standard lockbox with a shared code, this system is designed for more secure access by authorized users only and provides activity tracking as well. It is one more way we help promote a safer and more controlled showing experience for our sellers.
