What would we have done without Krystal Keck and her KORE team? As a first-time homebuyer, I was terrified. I had even given up in the past after dealing with careless agents and my own anxieties. I kept thinking I had missed my chance with the market. But it was finally time to get past those fears, and I just hoped I would find the right agent. A co-worker referred me to Krystal, and I didn’t hesitate. I emailed her right away. She responded quickly, not just looking to make a sale but genuinely wanting to learn my story, share hers, and start the journey together. She really took the time to understand my thoughts, needs, and concerns, where I think she knew me better than I knew myself.
We ended up buying sooner than I had anticipated when the perfect home came along. There were still moments when my anxiety almost held me back, but Krystal spent countless hours emailing, calling, and texting to talk me through everything. Unfortunately, the seller’s agent was uncommunicative and rude, but Krystal and her team kept pushing to get the answers we needed. She made the entire process easier and understandable, and now I’m finally able to go home to my very own house.
I recommend Krystal to everyone I know, not only as an agent but as a friend for life. I’m looking forward to working with her again one day. A special shoutout also goes to the "other" Krystal, Krystal Ballard, who helped show us additional houses on a whim and also stood up for us throughout the buying process.
